Units operate of a standard 13 amps socket and are 2.5 m high with 80mm thick polyurethane insulation. The weatherproof exterior suits outdoor siting if required. Other features include white foodsafe interior walls and the option of a three tiered shelving system on three of the walls.

A variety of temporary catering kitchens delivered in flat-pack form can also be rented. Equipment inventory includes fridge and freezer space, dishwasher, gas or electric cooking equipment, hand washbasins, overhead storage and large extraction canopy.
