WHAT is chai? It's a sweet, spicy honeyed tea set to make a big impact here following its popularity in the States.
There are three different varieties: Caffeine Free Herbal Mint Chai - a blend of black teas, exotic spices and natural honey; Orange Blossom Green Tea Chai - a soothing blend of green teas and the sweet essence of orange citrus and Original Chai - a blend of camomile, herbs and spearmint, all from New Moon.
The New Moon chais are just some of the new products in the latest catalogue from Davinci Fine Foods. There's also the Tazo range of selected teas, 250 in filterbags including green, black, organic and herbal blends and the Ghirardelli chocolate powders and syrups.
