LOBSTER 2000 is a "flash frozen" gourmet product from Canada which sells under £6 per portion.
There is 100 per cent lobster meat and roe filling in the cavity and the shell contents are entirely edible with no waste.
The lobster is previously flash frozen and can be served as thawed and ready to eat or warmed over with garnishing sauce.
Half lobster portions provide two plate servings per lobster.
The product is also available as blanched frozen for finish cooking by microwave or hot water immersion.
Available in 20 half portions per case, delivered overnight frozen.
