Austrian firm puts failure down to euro
Austrian restaurant chain Wienerwald has been forced to file for insolvency for the second time in 20 years.
The chain, which has been struggling with mounting debts, failed to reach an agreement with its disgruntled suppliers.
The settlement is likely to be financed by the sale of property assets owned by the company.
Wienerwald general manager Joern Hansen said the switch to the euro was the main factor behind the chain's problems.
