A new space-saving line of under-counter refrigerator cabinets form part of Williams' new Crystal line of cabinets designed specifically for the baking market. The new undercounter models are available as refrigerators and retarders, with prices starting at £2,600 for a two-door refrigerated storage model.
Standard features are standard steel finish on exteriors, interiors and doors, adjustable temperature controls, high-low alarms and indicators for defrost and "compressor" running.
Sizing of the cabinet interiors gives bakers a choice of either Euro 400 x 600mm or British 18 x 30 inches tray storage.
