For larger commercial kitchens with separate baking operations, Imperial has introduced a new addition to its range of Zesto compact conveyor ovens. The CE2416 uses high-velocity, precision-targeted air flow distribution, which the company says improves consistency when baking. It is available with a 16in or 18in conveyor belt, with reversible direction and adjustable speed, and is suitable for a variety of cooking applications, including pizzas, seafood, omelettes and bakery items.
