Basingstoke pub sold for £110,000

The Bolton Arms freehouse in Old Basing, near Basingstoke, Hampshire, has been sold for £110,000. Peter Rent owned the pub, which has a 32-seat restaurant, for 10 years. The new owners are first time publicans Nick and Joanna Bell. Christie & Co was the agent.
