Be At One secures Oxford site

Cocktail bar group Be At One is set to open its 24th venue, after securing a site in Oxford.
The business, which is now moving beyond its London heartland, will open in a former nightclub at 15 St Clement's Street in the centre of the city in January 2015.
The deal for the site was brokered by property agents Fleurets, who acted for Oxfordshire property owner Mike Saxby.
Steve Locke, director at Be At One, said: "We are really excited about this new venue, just in the heart of Oxford. The venue's proximity to the universities, students and local workers, we see Be At One quickly becoming an institution for all the people that appreciate great cocktails in Oxford."
