Regional British cheeses including Lanark Blue, Swaledale, Chatel, Ardrahan, Worcester Gold, Quickes Cheddar Truckle and Mrs Bell's Blue are now available from Brakes, along with flavoured cheeses such as Wensleydale with Cranberry and Apple, Hot Chilli Cheddar, White Stilton and Apricot, and Double Gloucester with Wholegrain Mustard and Horseradish. You can also buy a Country House Cheeseboard Selection, a 900g mixed box with Mature Cheddar, Wensleydale with Cranberry, Smoked Wensleydale, Capricorn Goat, and Buxton Blue.
