Boys grow into unhealthy eating

UNHEALTHY eating habits increase as schoolboys grow older, according to research carried out for Fairfield Catering by the Institute of Food Research.

The research, which was carried out among 700 schoolchildren in six schools across England, showed more negative attitudes among boys at the ages of 14 and 15 than at 11 and 12. Girls, meanwhile, showed high levels of dieting even at the ages of 11 and 12.
