Brake bros tops turkey parade

Brake Bros Food Service has picked up the top prize in the first Turkey Product of the Year competition, organised and sponsored by the British Turkey Federation.
The Chairman's Award for "the most innovative product across all categories" went to Brake's for its Premier Boneless Breast and Breast and Thigh Joints. Produced for the catering market, the joints can be cooked from frozen and, supplied in their own roasting bag, require no basting.
Brake Bros's Premier Joints also won the Best Catering Product category in the competition.
