"Brand" your cappuccinos

The sale of coffee is now so competitive that any point of difference can pay dividends. The Italian-made Pitt coffee sprinkler shown by Universal Refrigeration provides a simple, low cost and consistent way of personalising cappuccinos and other frothy topped hot drinks.

Each freshly make drink is placed under the sprinkler which is mounted on a special frame. A single button press causes a measured amount of chocolate powder to drop through a specially cut disk and onto the froth, forming a distinctive pattern. the 20 standard discs available include hearts, stars, bells, ice-cream cone and happy face shapes. Bespoke discs can also be cut for £25 each. The battery-powered sprinkler unit costs £15 while a handheld domestic version is available for £8.
