New from Brake Bros are the White Bloomer and Coburg bread loaves. Bloomer loaves can be baked from frozen in 20 minutes. They are available in boxes of 10, and cost £8.50 a box.
Coburg loaves are large, round rolls with a cross cut on the top. They are available in boxes of 24, and cost £8.25 for white loaves, £8.50 for brown.
