British food is the focal point

THE Carvery Fayre franchise scheme is notable for being entirely of UK origin with that rare commodity - a menu based on traditional British fodder.

The business started life in Weston-Super-Mare under the Pub Grub Shops name and there are now three branches. As the Carvery Fayre name suggests, a strong feature is made of freshly roasted joints plus home-made savoury dishes and various puddings.

Units are takeaway and around 70-80 per cent of dishes are prepared fresh on site. Franchisees receive 8 weeks training and total start-up costs are in the region of £90,000.
