A new launch from Marco-TSE Catering Equipment is a high-capacity coffee bulk-brewer, the MaxiBrew Twin. As the name suggests, it has two holding urns, each containing 11.5 litres of coffee, which equates to a total of 80 cups. Throughput is 650 cups an hour, making it ideal for conference and banqueting provision. Power options start with 6kW single-phase and go up to 14kW three-phase. There is a separate hot water tap for brewing tea which can deliver 90 litres of hot water an hour, including a rapid draw-off of six litres, without affecting the coffee brewing performance.
