Café-friendly frittatas

Fridays has launched a panini roll-shaped version of its popular Frittata sandwich omelette.

The new version can be popped into a panini roll and straight into a panini grill, making it a convenient heat-and-eat product for sandwich bars and café operations.

The frittata is based on the classic Italian omelette, being light in colour and moist.

As well as a vegetable version, there is a chorizo and olive variety and an English breakfast version, which incorporates sausage, bacon and mushroom.

The panini frittatas weigh 90g and come frozen in bags of 10, six bags to a case.

The price is 25p each.
