Manufacturer of ready-baked canap‚ and carrier cases Foodafayre has introduced a luxury canapé assortment case aimed at the summer hospitality season. The selection of 1in-wide, hand-made canapé cups comprises filo tarts, cheese straw crowns, tomato tortilla shells and cheese straw discs, ready for fillings of chefs' own choosing. The cups are available in boxes of 360 (90 of each of the four varieties) and divided into packets of 15 to avoid waste. Ambient shelf life is up to nine months.
