No Christmas would be complete without turkey and Bernard Matthews Food Service is introducing its Fine Dining Range, including Turkey Fillet Steak. The steaks come in Norfolk style (plain), Lemon & Tarragon and Hot & Spicy.
As well as turkey, the Fine Dining Range features both lamb and vegetable-based ideas, such as New Zealand lamb cuts, all trimmed to the highest specifications and Vegetable Kiev for vegetarians.
