n Try the line-up of Late Bottled Vintage at the Port Wine Institute stand. There are truffles from Valrhona on hand to try out Jim Budd's pairing suggestion, plus a range of top British cheeses to explore the port-pairing thing further. n Look out for the new range of Macedonian wines at Raisin Social. n Valerio's Olympia Group launches a premium Italian beer with English palates in mind, "with no aftertaste and a fruity flavour". n Chat to top New Zealand wine-makers at the New Zealand Wine Guild stand - Kevin Judd from Cloudy Bay, Steve Smith MW of Villa Maria, and David Mason of Sacred Hill, to name three. n Eurowines is showing off its exclusive agency wines from the Alto Adige-Sdtirol, Italy's northern-most region. n Guy Anderson Wines presents the fruits of Calvet's new wine-maker, Jean-Louis Brun, with the new vintage of the premium Calvet red, Marquis de Beaulieu, and also invites wine-makers Dr Nerida Abbott and Nigel Sneyd to the fair to launch their new partnership and show their new varietals from the western Languedoc appellations. n In an effort to attract visitors to her stand, Growers & Chateaux MD Jane Wharam will be offering complimentary foot massages to highlight the launch of California brand Barefoot. n Barossa is back… with class, says the Australian Wine Bureau. Visit its stand and sign up for a masterclass on Australia's best-known wine region to learn about the evolution of wine styles such as Barossa Shiraz, Sémillon, Grenache and Eden Valley Riesling. There will be a line-up of younger and older wines to show off bottle development. n Dieu Donné Vineyards will be on the Wines of South Africa stand, offering wine-maker Stephan du Toit's dessert wine Evàque - a first for the vineyard. n Want to try a wine made from grapes grown at 6,900ft? Then go to Bolivian Bodega Y La Concepcion. Or a premium vodka distilled from organic potatoes? James Price has Polish brand Cravocia. Or a sparkling red from Germany? Head to Fritz Winehouse, with its offering from the Ahr region. n Didn't snaffle a bottle of Luce on its launch earlier this year? Stop by Geoffrey Roberts Agencies for a tasting of Lucente, the second Tuscan wine from the Frescobaldi/Mondavi venture. n Aimé Guibert will be on the Daumas-Gassac stand with his new Collection Grands Terroir. n Try Jacques Lurton's new Argentinian varietals on Judith Twycross's stand.
