Visit its stand and sign up for a masterclass on Australia's best-known wine region to learn about the evolution of wine styles such as Barossa Shiraz, Sémillon, Grenache and Eden Valley Riesling. There will be a line-up of younger and older wines to show off bottle development. n Dieu Donné Vineyards will be on the Wines of South Africa stand, offering wine-maker Stephan du Toit's dessert wine Evàque - a first for the vineyard. n Want to try a wine made from grapes grown at 6,900ft?
