Crowning pastry

THE latest offering from Cearns & Brown is a new range of thaw and serve baked Danish pastries and croissants.

It consists of all butter crowns (fruits of the forest and iced custard), assorted fruit knots (apple and fruits of the forest) and chocolate double whirls. The pastries vary in size from 95g to 130g. The cost is 55p each, packed 45 to the case.

The new launch includes Cearns & Brown's own brand of jumbo butter croissants - each 60g croissant is fully baked and individually wrapped. The cost is 28p for each 60g croissant, packed 36 to the case.
