The Glebe Hotel in Barford, Warwickshire, has been sold out of receivership to the Sidhu family through agent Knight Frank for close to the asking price of £2m.
The three-star, 35-bedroom property will continue to be run by the same team and headed by general manager Shiban Khashu.
It is the first hotel venture for the Sidhus, who have a number of other businesses including nursing homes
