Jeff Bland recently took time out from running the Michelin-starred kitchen of Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomond to launch the Tesco Consumer Advice Centre at the retailer's store in Perth.

The advice centre is the first of its kind in Scotland, although the concept, devised 10 years ago, is now operating in three English stores.

The centres are designed to give customers advice on food and nutritional topics, and enable them to have a say in the development of new products.

At the launch in Perth, Mr Bland demonstrated his recipe for salmon with a fresh dill sauce.
