Bravilor - more machines, more choice!
Bravilor, specialist manufacturer of commercial beverage making equipment with a world-wide reputation for quality, has added to its range this year
The company's product range is now wider than ever, with systems to suit every sector of the market. Bravilor is known principally for its filter coffee machines, from the very popular Mondo and Matic pour-overs, through vacuum flask/airpot systems to bulk brew machines and multi-function machines such as the Bolero 10M, 11M, 20 and 21. New to the range this year are the Bolero XL42, FreshOne and the latest generation of cafetieres.
The Bolero XL42 is capable of serving no fewer than nine varieties of coffee and hot chocolate - including cappuccino and espresso - along with hot water for tea, soup and other hot drinks. Fully programmable and with a digital display, the XL42 can be set to dispense by the cup, mug, half or full decanter and the patented hot water syphon system - which makes the machine less vulnerable to limescale, and therefore more efficient - has already won Bravilor an Innovation Award 2000.
The FreshOne uses pure ground coffee to dispense a range of pre-set blends to suit individual tastes - normal, mild, strong or espresso, for example - as well as hot water for other drinks. The "throw", brew time and water volume can all be programmed thus ensuring unrivalled consistency and quality whether dispensing a single cup, mug, half or full decanter.
You will feel the quality as soon as you pick up Bravilor's stylish cafetiere.
The double filter excludes all coffee grounds, whilst the specially designed handle ensures effortless pouring.
Featuring pyrex beakers, insulated lids and a choice of frame finishes, as well as handles and plunger knobs, available in black, green and blue, the cafetieres come in 3, 4, 6, 8 and 12 cup sizes and may be personalised to incorporate coffee brands or company logos.
