The new Classic XL range represents the ultimate in performance. Years of dedicated work by the R and D team at the Classic factory in Staffordshire have resulted in a machine that utilises state of the art technology to achieve optimum results yet is simplicity itself to operate.
XL machines are brimming with innovative features like the rotationally moulded polyethylene wash tank, the colour coded wash and rinse jets and a one piece filter system. The unique LED read out panel delivers useful operator information and if a failure occurs, a diagnostic message appears to enable the fault to be speedily rectified by an engineer. Rinse booster pump, Type A air gap and peristaltic detergent and rinse aid pumps are all standard features and the range is backed by the excellent Classic 3-2-1 warranty.
With ever-increasing concern over public health issues, users need the reassurance that ware is not only visibly clean but is also totally free of bacteria. The rinse cycle in XL glasswashers is programmed at 65ºC and at 80ºC in the dishwashers guaranteeing complete elimination of bacteria. And Classic has gone even further with the incorporation of Healthshield antimicrobial compound into the wash tank at the time of manufacture. The inclusion of this substance results in the slow release of silver ions onto the surface of the wash tank and associated components. Silver is one of the oldest bacteriocidal substances known and it's inclusion means that the entire washing zone will be free of contamination by bacteria, mould and yeast colonies twenty four hours a day. Classic is the only warewasher manufacturer worldwide to utilise the unique Healthshield properties.
Classic is probably best known for its undercounter models, but it's diverse range also includes the Skivvy twin brush glasswashing system, hood machines and the newly introduced heavy duty Trojan range - a pot and pan washer and a rack conveyor capable of up to 4,500 plates per hour.
