WRITE for caterer
HAVE you ever fancied being paid to write? Caterer & Hotelkeeper is looking for restaurateurs, hoteliers or caterers who can write short, monthly articles about the day-to-day happenings in their own businesses.
Anyone interested should submit a 300-400 word piece about their past month's experiences. You can include news about trade, menus, people or whatever takes your fancy. Tell us what made you laugh, or perhaps what made you despair.
