A doughnut andice-cream outlet is to open in Birmingham next week, the first in a chain to be set up across the Midlands.
The 36-seat café combines Allied-Lyons' Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts brands. It will be run under a franchise agreement by Ansells, the Midlands brewery and pub operator also owned by Allied-Lyons.
A further 11 outlets are expected to open this year, including three next month in the Birmingham area.

American Express and Nestlé Foodservice have become sponsors of this year's Dine-a-Mite, the hospitality charity event set up last year to help the homeless and hungry.
Amex will include information on Dine-a-Mite in its cardholder magazine, Expressions, and on monthly statements to its 1.1 million cardholders.
It will also run a merchant service, so that those who are unable to visit a restaurant during Dine-a-Mite Week on17-23 October can make a donation on their cards.
