This year's Caterer & Hotelkeeper Recruitment Conference will look at building and maintaining an effective recruitment and retention strategy.

The event is aimed at everyone involved in the recruitment process, and takes place on 27 November at the Millennium Gloucester hotel in London.

Speakers include John Hutson, managing director of pub group JD Wetherspoon, Gordon Campbell Gray (pictured), chief executive of London's One Aldwych hotel and Jane Moger, UK resourcing and retention director of contract caterer Compass Group.
