Catering company buys Surrey pub

The Dog and Pheasant inn in Brook, West Surrey, has been sold for nearly £135,000. Local company Country Club Catering, who owns four nearby golf clubs and an event catering business, has bought the pub. Owner Tim Stevens plans to expand the Dog and Pheasant with a 60-seat restaurant and new kitchen. Christie & Co was the agent.
