Charlie Trotter Aramarks his card
The highlight for many delegates attending this year's Caterer & Hotelkeeper Chef Conference, run in association with British Meat at London's Dorchester hotel on 19 March, will be the chance to catch a rare UK appearance by internationally admired American chef Charlie Trotter.
In addition to conducting a food masterclass, he will join a panel of experts to debate industry issues, as well as cooking a course at the conference dinner.
Assisting Trotter with his cooking duties will be three chefs from transatlantic catering giant Aramark, which is sponsoring his appearance as a result of its training and consultancy partnership with him. "The training our chefs and managers receive at Charlie Trotter's in Chicago rates among the best in the world," said Aramark's chief executive officer Bill Toner.
