Cheaper cleaning
Updated versions of the Trion Supreme electrostatic air cleaner have a 25 per cent lower manufacturing costs thanks to sharing components with the existing series 60/120. This is claimed to result in quieter operation, easier control and greater removal of tobacco smoke and other contaminants from the air.
The new range comes in two sizes (1100 and 2200) with ceiling installation generating even airflow distribution from all sides and the ability to handle air volumes from 500 to 2050 cu m/hour.
Unit functions and fan speeds can be controlled remotely via hard-wired controller or, optionally, a remote infra-red unit. All Trion products including the new range are tested to suit the AIR campaign. A washable pre-filter and active charcoal after filter are provided as standard and units are available in a choice of either ivory or brown finish. Prices:£654 (1100) and £756 (2200). Infra-red remotes cost an extra £134.
