City Chefs Club relaunched by Edelmann

Anton Edelmann, the principal chef at Sodexho's Directors Table, has relaunched the City Chefs Club. The group, which includes 14 executive chefs and development chefs from across the City, had its first meeting at the end of January.
Edelmann is planning to hold four breakfast meetings during the year: in each case there will be a guest speaker, followed by an informal chat about the sector.
Once a year there will be a social get-together, but Edelmann insisted the club would serve a worthwhile function for the chefs in the City. "The meetings need to be meaningful and act as a decent talking shop," he said.
