DEEP-SET flame tubes, widely spaced to facilitate cleaning plus deep cool zone, are standard on the GFD gas fryer series from Hobart. Other features include electronic ignition and wide bore oil drain to prevent clogging when cleaning oil.

Models also incorporate the GFD Filtration Programme for extended oil life. Models are available in 35, 45 and 65 lbs output (quarter inch chips per hour, from frozen). Prices from £2,460, £2,590 and £2,785, respectively.
