New from Hubbard Refrigeration is the Scotsman CME 1356, contour ice making machine. Contour ice has ‘pillow' shape angular. It makes ice more evenly and more quietly, and is kinder to blenders.
The Scotsman CME 1356 is a high volume modular machine designed to be used with a separate storage bin that can produce up to 590kg of ice every 24 hours.
The Scotsman machines are WRC-approved, carry the CE mark and is also an ISO 9002 approved.
All models are designed to be reliable, durable and efficient, and include a comprehensive after-sales support package. They also have two years warranty.
