Colourful coving fills the gaps

Designed for foodsafe areas such as kitchens and other hygiene-critical applications, Castel gap-sealing coving profiles are made in a choice of colours - black, blue, green, yellow, red and two shades of white - to permit visual coding of different departments for example red coving for a high care area where raw food materials are handled and blue coving to identify a low care areas where food is already packaged and subject to less hygiene risk .

The radiused coving profiles are extruded from lead-free PVC and certified to meet EU standards for cleaning performance. They are designed for use with insulated panels, forming a curved moulding between the walls and ceiling. The soft flexible edges form a germ and dirt resistant seal with the panels.

Coving depths available are 55, 70 and 85mm and the product is made in 4m lengths. The coloured finishes impregnated into the material should last the lifetime of the extrusion.

Special shapes are available to order if required.
