Connaught truffle menu
The menu, costing £75 per head, will be available at both lunch and dinner in the Connaught and Grill Room restaurants. It will run alongside a series of lectures given by the Pébeyre family of Périgord, which concludes this weekend.
Among the dishes on the menu, which was introduced on Monday, are soufflé aux truffes "melanosporum" (truffle soufflé) and salmis de faisan Champenoise (pheasant in red wine sauce).
