Consistent froth

A "revolutionary" automatic milk frother optionally available on the new Rancilio Classe 10 traditional espresso machine deskills cappuccino making without lowering quality. Called TSC (temperature, steam, cappuccino) the frother consists of a steam wand which, once placed in the milk, automatically steams it to the pre-set temperature, followed by a self-clean cycle. For consistent coffee making, each dose of coffee is allowed to "soak" momentarily before being fully infused.

The all-metal series is available in 2, 3 or 4-group versions. Microprocessor controls provide various information and warning systems on a central LED panel, which can also be programmed with the time, date and user's logo. Other standard fitments include fault diagnostic system, advance service and water softener regeneration notification, pre-programmable automatic cleaning function, grind head sensors and an audit facility which displays the number of beverages served by type and by head.
