Air drawn in can be controlled to produce over-run up to 200 per cent. The machine is rated capable of whipping up to 30kg of cream per hour from its integral refrigerated 2.5 litre tank.

Awarded the accolade of best new product on show, RSS's Pit Stop mobile ice-cream unit provides a complete ice cream service unit as part of a road-towable trailer. As well as sections for making and storing ice cream plus related products, the Pit Stop has a built-in washbasin and a canopy on a central hydraulic strut, which can be brought down to enclose the unit's entire serving top when not in use.
