Blue Dragon has introduced a new versatile ethnic food range including classics from Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Malaysian cuisine. Products include Peking Lemon Sauce; Black Bean Sauce; Thai Green Curry Sauce; Oyster & Spring Onion Sauce and Szechuan Spicy Tomato Sauce.
Various tinned vegetables are available, such as Sliced Water Chestnuts, Bean Sprouts, Stir Fry Vegetables and Bamboo Shoots.
Japanese specialities include Teriyaki Sauce, Sushi Nori, Japanese Soy Sauce, Sushi Rice and Sushi Ginger.
