Custard with a chance to win

Macphie Dairy Custard is a ready-to-use custard, suitable for both hot and cold applications. It is freeze/thaw, microwave and bain-marie stable. It contains double cream for an extra rich and indulgent flavour, but as it has a fat content of 3 per cent, it can be used for low fat recipes and healthy-eating dessert lines.

GlenDelight, suitable for vegetarians, also from Macphie, can be used in sweet and savoury dishes, as it can be cooked, whipped, poured or piped. Use it to add a decorative swirl on soups or simply pour over mousses, gateaux or trifles. Unlike dairy cream, GlenDelight does not spilt when cooked. Macphie Dairy Custard and GlenDelight are available in 12 x 1 litre tetra paks.
