Derbyshire hotel sold for £580,000

The Temple hotel and restaurant in Matlock Bath, Derbyshire, has been sold for nearly £580,000. The 14-bedroom freehold hotel has a 70-seat restaurant and owner's accomodation. Planning permission has been passed for an extension to the restaurant and a further three bedrooms. Christie & Co was the agent.
