Five is producing a new series in which Ruth Watson, owner of the Crown and Castle hotel, Orford, Suffolk, will try to reverse the ill fortunes of six hotels. Five wants to talk to people who are looking to improve and invest in their businesses and would value some straight talking from an industry authority with 25 years' experience.
