Drinks all round at Pub and Bar

Cookery demonstrations, drink samplings and new product launches are some of the highlights of Pub and Bar 2004, the trade-only show for those in the pub industry. Now in its seventh year, the event takes place at London's Olympia from 30 March to 1 April.

More than 250 exhibitors are due to attend, including suppliers and manufacturers of furniture, EPoS systems, entertainment systems and refrigeration units, as well as food and drink providers.

Visitors to the Brewery Showcase will be able to sample 20 different cask ales and then vote for their favourite. Landlords can also learn about keeping cask ales.

The Pub Food Cookery Theatre will host a series of cookery demonstrations, which will run for several hours each day. The Wine Theatre will deal with matching wine and food, choosing a house wine and introducing wine-serving skills to staff.

For tickets, call the visitor hotline on 01923 690642 or register online at www.pubandbar.co.uk.
