THE Chinawhite nightclub in the basement of London's Café Royal is typical of the establishments targeted by Bar.
It combines oriental artefacts and decor, matched by an Eastern influenced menu, with contemporary bar and kitchen design. Equipment specified by owner John Stephen includes Hi Tec 2000 glasswashers, DW 100 dishwasher and three back-bar suites.
