For operators without the space or capital outlay for a large pizza oven, Apuro has luanched a new dual version of its Pizza Rapid table-top cooker which incorporates a 12in circular base that mimics the stone surface in traditional ovens. Suitbale for quick-service establishments, frozen pizzas can be heated and served within four to five minutes. The new dual version has the capacity for two pizzas be prepared at once.
