Frozen food supplier Apetito has a new take on the traditional en croÁ»te with its Thai chicken lattice en croÁ»te. Weighing 215g, it contains a chicken breast in a Thai dressing of onion, coconut, garlic, ginger, green chillies and coriander within a puff-pastry lattice. For a more traditional offer, there's a 250g salmon lattice en croÁ»te, containing a salmon fillet surrounded by a salmon-flavoured mousse. Both products are handmade and take 30 minutes to heat through. Available in cases of 20, they have a shelf life of 18 months.
