Eurest offers regenerated food concept at unisys site

Eurest has won a £280,000-a-year contract to feed staff working for computer company Unisys at its operation in Slough, Berkshire.

There are no facilities for cooking food on site, so Eurest is using its Modern Menu Classics concept, which involves bringing in dishes such as curry and pizza prepared at a central station and regenerating them. This is the first time Unisys has provided staff meals at Slough.

The Modern Menu Classics provision is part of a complete retail service from Eurest that includes Upper Crust baguettes, Ritazza Continental coffees, dry cleaning and photo developing.
