Ex-Claridge's PR on trial

Jane Andrews, once a press officer at London's Claridge's hotel, appeared in the Old Bailey this week to face charges of murdering her lover last September.

Andrews has pleaded not guilty to the charge that she murdered businessman Thomas Cressman, the brother of hotelier Rick Cressman who owns Nailcote Hall Hotel in Berkswell, Warwickshire.

Andrews worked as a press officer at Claridge's, the Savoy Group's five-star hotel in Brook Street, during October and November 1999. She was charged with the killing in October 2000.
