Exhibitors rush to IFE Scotland

There has already been a huge response to Scotland's first International Food Exhibition, which will be taking place from 4 to 6 April.

So far, more than 80% of the hall space for IFE Scotland has been booked, both by local companies and by overseas organisations such as Swedish Farmers and the American Beverage Markets.

A programme of seminars and chefs' demonstrations are being organised by the Federation of Chefs Scotland. The event is being run by the Scottish-based company Site in association with Fresh RM.
