Speciality seafood supplier Lyons Seafoods has introduced a new range of ready meals, called the Cuisine Range. The first two dishes in the range are a prawn balti and a salmon fillet in lobster and dill sauce. Both can be poached in the bag for 10 minutes, or microwaved for four minutes.
