Final call for young chef young waiter

Final entries are being sought for the 1999 Young Chef Young Waiter competition. The last date for entries is Monday 6 September. The competition is open to all working chefs and waiters aged 25 and under on 31 December 1999. First prize has been doubled for this year's contest to £2,000.
